INJURY & ADVICE DISCLAIMER

For Website, Social Media & Membership Content
Last updated: 28/11/25

This Injury & Advice Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) applies to all content created or distributed by Lifelong Mobility Ltd (“Lifelong Mobility”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including:

  • lifelongmobility.co
  • social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • emails, newsletters, blog posts and downloadable guides
  • programmes, videos, courses and materials inside the Lifelong Mobility Membership (Kajabi)
  • any training, challenges, workshops or online events hosted by Lifelong Mobility

By accessing our content or membership materials, you agree to the terms below.

  1. General information only (applies to free + paid content)

All content provided by Lifelong Mobility — including exercises, mobility routines, explanations, images, videos and downloadable materials — is general information only.

Content is not:

  • medical advice
  • physiotherapy treatment
  • a diagnosis
  • personalised exercise prescription
  • a substitute for a clinical assessment
  • tailored to your individual needs unless explicitly stated as part of a 1:1 consultation

This applies equally to all membership videos, programs, exercise plans and resources.

  1. Not a substitute for personalised medical advice

Although our content is created by HCPC-registered physiotherapists, consuming our material does not create a treatment relationship.

Only a one-to-one clinical consultation (virtual or in-person) allows us to:

  • assess your condition
  • identify contraindications
  • diagnose or treat symptoms
  • prescribe exercises based on your unique history

If you experience pain, symptoms or uncertainty, consult a qualified healthcare professional for personalised assessment.

  1. Exercise and movement risk notice

Following any exercise carries inherent risks. By engaging with our content or membership materials, you understand that:

  • exercises shown may not be suitable for everyone
  • you must use your own judgment about your ability
  • you must progress gradually
  • you should stop any movement immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, numbness, tingling, chest pain, or any unexpected symptom

If in doubt, seek personalised advice before continuing.

Nothing in this Disclaimer removes or limits Lifelong Mobility’s liability where the law does not allow it, including injury caused by our negligence.

  1. Membership content is still general (unless part of 1:1 care)

Membership content — including exercise videos, follow-along routines, and structured programmes — is not personalised physiotherapy.

Membership access does NOT mean:

  • we are monitoring your form
  • we can ensure exercises are suitable for you
  • we are providing treatment
  • we have knowledge of your medical history
  • we accept clinical responsibility for outcomes unless you enter 1:1 care
  • you are under a clinical duty of care

Membership content remains general information only unless you separately book and receive a personalised assessment.

  1. No guarantees of results

We make no guarantees or promises regarding:

  • improvements in mobility, strength, balance or pain
  • speed or magnitude of results
  • outcomes similar to testimonials
  • prevention or resolution of symptoms
  • suitability of routines for any specific condition

Individual results vary based on personal factors beyond our control.

  1. Accuracy and limitations

We take care to keep our content accurate, evidence-informed and up to date.
However, we do not guarantee that:

  • content is error-free
  • exercises shown are suitable for you
  • information is complete or current
  • membership content will meet your expectations

If you notice an error, contact us at [email protected].

  1. Affiliate links and product recommendations (applies site-wide & inside membership)

We may recommend products or services we believe may be useful.
Some links may be affiliate links meaning we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you.

We only recommend items we genuinely believe in.

  1. Third-party content

Our materials may include links or embedded content (YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, external sites).
We are not responsible for:

  • accuracy of external content
  • safety or suitability of third-party exercises or advice
  • privacy practices of external websites

You access third-party content at your own discretion.

  1. Limitation of liability

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability where it cannot be limited by law (e.g., liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifelong Mobility Ltd is not liable for:

  • injuries, issues or symptoms arising from following general content not tailored to you
  • indirect or consequential losses
  • reliance on general information provided via membership content, social media or email
  • actions taken without a personalised assessment
  • modifications or interpretations of exercises performed without supervision

You remain responsible for your own decisions when engaging with online exercise content.

  1. No client relationship created

Engaging with our website, social media, emails or membership content does not create a physiotherapist–client relationship.

You only become a client when:

  1. You book a 1:1 consultation, and
  2. We explicitly confirm the service in writing (appointment confirmation, treatment agreement).

Until then, you acknowledge you are using general information only.
