Q: What's inside Lifelong Mobility?
You'll find 4 categories of video (Mobility, Strength, Balance & Health), plus our pre-made 12-week plans which give you the exact exercise routine to do each day. You'll also find the Community, a place for members to get support and share their wins. There is also a huge amount of bonus content (see full list for details). Most of the video lessons are follow-along exercise programs where you can join in with me in real time as I show you what to do.Â
Q: How does it work?
Once you choose your membership and sign up, you'll instantly get full access to the library of videos inside Lifelong Mobility. You can then choose to watch them at your own pace, any time. We lay the process out for you when you join. You'll receive instructions as soon as you sign up so you can get started right away!

Q: How is this different to your YouTube channel?
Inside Lifelong Mobility, you'll find mostly follow-along, full length exercise classes, taught by Will Harlow, that you can follow in real time. There are classes targeted at all areas of the body, for a range of different purposes. Classes range from 10-30 mins long. Plus, Lifelong Mobility is not just a "library" over videos – it is a structured system giving you a proven pathway to follow each day, not just random YouTube videos.Â
There are also deep-dive lectures inside Lifelong Mobility that allow us to deeply explain certain topics that you can't find on YouTube.Â
Plus, unlike YouTube, Lifelong Mobility is totally advert-free.

You are entitled to a refund on any purchase of Lifelong Mobility within 14 days of your subscription. If you choose to request a refund, you will lose access to the platform once your refund is processed.
Q: Will this help me with painful problems?
While Lifelong Mobility is not designed to fix any specific health problem, most people find their painful joints and muscles improve significantly from following the exercises inside. Plus, you'll also have a great chance of avoiding painful problems in the future.Â
Q: How much content is there inside?
There are over 70 classes and lessons inside Lifelong Mobility, with more being added regularly. But don't get overwhelmed by all the great content inside! Just choose one of the pre-made plans and follow them day by day. You can work through the plans at your own pace or just choose the lessons that are relevant to you.Â
Q: What if I need to ask questions?
Inside Lifelong Mobility, we have a Community Area where you can connect with other members and ask Will and his team questions. We use these questions to create new videos! So, if you've ever wanted a question answered in video format by Will Harlow, this is your chance.Â

We have chosen the most user-friendly platform on the whole internet to build Lifelong Mobility. Once you sign up, you'll be sent your log in details. All you need is your password and you're all set! Plus, if you have any problems accessing the content, we have a support team on hand to help you make best use of the platform.Â
Q: I'm not very mobile. Will this work for me?
I created Lifelong Mobility for people of all ability levels, including those who are wheelchair-based or can only do exercises on their bed. There are classes that can be done by ALL ability levels, including those who are very limited. We also have more advanced lessons for those who are very fit and mobile.Â
Q: I'm 80 years old or more. Will this work for me?
Yes! I designed Lifelong Mobility for people aged 50-99+. Start with the "Basic" lessons in each module, then progress as soon as you are able.Â
Q: How often is new content added?
Usually weekly, a new exercise class, in-depth lecture, or Q+A video is added to the platform, meaning you'll never be short of ideas for your exercise routine!Â

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can choose to pay for 12-weekly, annual or lifetime access.Â
Q: I’m just starting out. Will this work for me?
Yes! We designed Lifelong Mobility to be perfect for those just starting out. You’ll start with the 7 Day Quickstart course, a gentle introduction to the program. Then you’ll choose one of our beginner plans which walks you through our full system, step by step.
Q: What if I’m not tech savvy?
We built Lifelong Mobility on Kajabi, the most user-friendly platform we could find. It is very simple to use, even for those who aren’t good with tech. It works on any device with an internet connection and browser. And we have a tech support team on standby to help you get access.
Q: How much time do I need to dedicate to this?
We recommend 20-30 minutes per day. You can choose to dedicate more to this, but the system is built around just 20-30 mins of effort each day.
Q: What equipment will I need?
Many of our routines and workouts involve absolutely no equipment at all. But to get full value from the program, we recommend a set of small dumbbells and some resistance bands.
Q: How will I know I can stick to it?
Of course, sticking to the program is ultimately down to you – but we make it as easy as we can. Ongoing support, our community and the ability to ask questions any time make it much more likely you’ll stick to the plan than if you were trying to do it alone.
Q: How is this different from other online programs?
In a few ways: first, this program is the only one built specifically for people over age fifty, taking into account all the challenges people like you might be facing. Second, we include support as standard for every member, through our customer success team, tech support team, and the community. This means we can help you stay on track and reach your goals faster than any other program.
Q: How will I know it’s working?
Most of our members report feeling the difference (whether that’s better mobility, less pain or a stronger body) within the first 90 days. Improvements are even more noticeable at the 6 month mark. Within a year, a total transformation in your physical capability and how you feel is possible for those who stick to the program.
Q: Will I be overwhelmed by all the content?
No. We’ve organised the program into a simple follow-along system that never leaves you in any doubt as to which routine you should be following on any given day. And if you ever feel overwhelmed, just reach out and we can guide you.
Q: What if I want to create my own program?
You can do that! We provide access to the full Lifelong Mobility exercise library for our members, meaning you can choose to follow any routine you want. We also provide templates and trackers for you to download and fill in to keep yourself on track.
Q: Why is this program more expensive than others?
Because of the quality of the program, the level of support and the experience we provide our users. It is not possible to provide information of a high standard, ongoing support, or a positive customer experience to each individual at the low prices you might see elsewhere. We are certainly not the cheapest, but our members say the value for money is exceptional.
Q: Do you have an app?
Yes! We are currently developing our own app, but in the meantime you can access all the material inside Lifelong Mobility from the Kajabi app, which you can download for free from the app store. You can use your Lifelong Mobility login credentials to sign in and you’ll see all the content and programs inside the app.
Q: What currency can I pay in?

Q: What happens if I cancel?
If you choose to cancel, we will stop your ongoing payments but you will still have access to the material until your membership runs out. After that point, you will lose access to the program unless you resume your subscription.
Q: Do you give individualised programs or advice?
While we can help to guide you to using our pre-designed programs or choosing the right routines for you, we cannot personalise the program to your specific needs or give you medical advice. This is due to legal restrictions on the provision of physiotherapy online in any given country or state. However, we still provide you with as much support as possible to make sure you are getting the best out of the program.
