By downloading or using your Stronger for Life Roadmap, you agree to the following terms. They're designed to be straightforward — please read them before you get started.

1. This is educational information, not medical advice

The Roadmap is a free educational resource. It provides general guidance on exercise approaches that may support mobility, strength, and independence for people over 50.

It is not medical advice, a clinical assessment, or a personalised treatment plan. Your "Mobility Level" is automatically generated from your questionnaire answers — it is illustrative only, not a clinical diagnosis.

If you have any health concerns, a pre-existing condition, or you are unsure whether exercise is appropriate for you, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting.

2. No professional relationship

Using this Roadmap does not create a physiotherapist–patient, doctor–patient, or any other professional or clinical relationship between you and Lifelong Mobility Ltd.

3. Exercise involves risk — please exercise sensibly

All exercise carries some inherent risk. By choosing to follow guidance in this Roadmap, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for your own health and safety.

Stop any exercise immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or anything that doesn't feel right — and seek medical advice if needed.

4. Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifelong Mobility Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of this Roadmap.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud — your statutory rights are not affected.

5. Intellectual property

All content in this Roadmap — including text, images, video, and branding — belongs to Lifelong Mobility Ltd. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. Please don't copy, share commercially, or reproduce it without our written permission.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Any changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Roadmap means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
