STRONGER FOR LIFE ROADMAP TERMS & SERVICE AGREEMENT
Last updated: 22/08/2025
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stronger for Life Roadmap (the “Roadmap”), including any PDF guides, videos, or other resources you receive after completing our online questionnaire. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Roadmap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Roadmap.
Our Service Agreement (the “Agreement” or "The Terms" or "Terms of Use") clearly communicates our expectations for working together. If you have any questions, please raise them before signing to ensure we are all on the same page moving forward.
In exchange for agreeing to work together with Lifelong Mobility Ltd, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.
Â
Contractual Terms
Parties. This Agreement is made between Lifelong Mobility Ltd, a Limited Company operating in the United Kingdom (“Lifelong Mobility,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) and you, the undersigned (electronically or by hand) or person who has clicked “I Agree” (or something similar) to this Agreement (“you” and “your”).
Â
1. Nature of the Information
1.1 The Roadmap provides general educational information only. It is designed to give examples of exercises and approaches that may support mobility, strength, and independence for people over 50.
1.2 The Roadmap does not provide personalised recommendations. Your “Mobility Level” is automatically generated by computer logic based on your answers. This is a general categorisation only and is not a professional assessment.
1.3 The Roadmap is not medical advice, not a prescription, and not a substitute for professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Â
2. No Professional Relationship
2.1 Accessing or using the Roadmap does not create a physiotherapist–patient, doctor–patient, or any other professional relationship between you and us.
2.2 If you have any concerns about your health, or before starting any new exercise program, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Â
3. Assumption of Risk
3.1 Exercise carries inherent risks, including risk of injury. By choosing to follow any guidance from the Roadmap, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.
3.2 You are solely responsible for your own health, safety, and actions. We make no guarantees that following the Roadmap will produce any particular result.
Â
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifelong Mobility Ltd, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind (whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the Roadmap.
4.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
Â
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content within the Roadmap, including text, images, video, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lifelong Mobility Ltd and protected by copyright and other laws.
5.2 You may use the Roadmap for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit the materials without our prior written consent.
Â
6. Modifications
6.1 We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Roadmap constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Â
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
